Tiara Investigation & Security Services Pte Ltd is headed by Lt-Col (Ret) Chew Kian Seng, a retired Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) army officer. Lt-Col (Ret) Chew was commanding officer of the SAF Provost Unit (military police) and has extensive security-related experience. Working with him is a dedicated group of former SAF and Singapore Police Force officers. |
